★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel goede ervaring met LOB Beheer! We hebben vanaf het moment van de bezichtiging meteen een goed gevoel erbij gehad! Jessica en Rubinia zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze staan altijd open voor alle vragen. Check-in verliep heel soepel en het appartement werd in een top staat afgeleverd, compleet gerenoveerd en nieuw. Ook bij het vergeten van het plaatsen van een stopcontact, hadden wij binnen een dag een stopcontact op de plek waar het nodig was. Super! Een echt aanrader!
 Very good experience with LOB Beheer! We immediately had a good feeling about it from the moment of the viewing! Jessica and Rubinia are very friendly and helpful and they are always open to all questions. Check-in was very smooth and the apartment was delivered in top condition, completely renovated and new. Even if we forgot to place a socket, we had a socket in the place where it was needed within a day. Super! Highly recommended!

- never reply to your emails and calls (ignorance)
- completely ignore the problem with no intention to solve
- don’t comply to rental rules and regulations
- fail to stick to legal check out process
- highest level of incompetence I ever seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the change of agency in the middle of the contract, we got to deal with this agency.
Not only during our stay in the house we didn't receive enough support from their part (no answers in terms of dealing with damage), also when we finished, and we had to receive our deposit, they didn't answer to our calls or emails, and the end they dissapear in order to leave us having to deal with the owner without any further help. We left the house in June, now november and we are going to the court for this guy.
Bad service.
Bad agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOB sells properties that still have legal occupants with a contract, without informing the future owner.
They will call and threaten you to go out of your residence without proper justification.
LOB will look you straight into your eyes to tell that you have no rights, even tough upon further investigation it appears that the grounds on what they intent to end the contract are in fact not legally grounded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTAL SCAMMERS! Stay away!!
This agency tries to get advantage of Expats in all ways possible. It is said that this usually happens in Amsterdam but in this case that is totally true.
They will take your deposit giving poor excuses (in our case it was something related with posting some kind of mail...) even if the house is in perfect condition and you fulfilled all the requierements of the contract.
Today I still do not have my deposit back and it is clear that one of the members of the "agency" (or all) had a big extra money with it.
Also if you are looking for an agency with a rapid respond when something at the house does not work this is not your best option neither. The only thing where they are rapid at is collecting the money every month.
Hope that this helps you to stay far from troubles. Please so not use this agency and tell everyone around yoy if they even mention it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! Horrible horrible agency. I rented the flat through them and it was the worst mistake:
- there were a number of things broken when we moved in. We did a check-in with pictures but in the end they didn't fix anything
- due to many problems that were ignored and hiding the fact that there are mice in the flat, we decided to move out after 6 months. Still haven't received 400eur of my deposit. 200eur of these are for waternet because they are saying I didn't pay any bills although I have proofs and they could call Waternet and check.
My understanding is that they rent flats, ignore all the issues, then deduct money from the deposit but they take small enough amount so government doesn't take them to court. I am glad I have my legal insurance - I know it costs a lot of time for me but it's a shame how they treat people, especially expats in Netherlands.
UPDATE:
Reported this to government agency. They contacted LOB Beheer and suddenly they returned me the money. My advice: don’t let these kind of agencies use you and report them.

We rented an apartment with them at Bijlmerdreef. Renting process was seamless. Full deposit was refunded after deducting the cleaning costs.
Mostly I interacted with Rubinia. She is helpful and always responded in timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really recommend LOB Beheer if you’re looking for an accommodation in Amsterdam. They have really nice apartment with everything you need.
Felicity, the agent who handled my stay in their apartment, has been really supportive and responsive. She replied to my message quickly, helped me in any way that she can. She is also a really loving person.
The agency in general handle everything well, their contract is clear, the check-in and check-out process are easy and they refunded me my deposit really quickly after I checked out. Throughout my stay, they also helped us a lot to have a more comfortable living condition. If you’re with LOB Beheer, you will feel that they really care about you.
