★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snelle levertijd. Zeer ervaren personeel. En leveren bijna van alle merken onderdelen. Doen ook net dat stapje extra, wanneer iets onmogelijk lijkt. Doen voornamelijk zaken met bedrijven, dus kan wel begrijpen dat er weleens alleen een netto prijs wordt doorgegeven aan particulieren.

Fast delivery. Very experienced staff. And deliver parts of almost all brands. Also do that extra step when something seems impossible. Doing business mainly with companies, so can understand that sometimes only a net price is passed on to private individuals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gebeld naar Loek Autoparts voor een auto onderdeel, en na een prijs besproken te hebben van 130€ kon ik de onderdeel de volgende dag ophalen.
Wat wel heel snel is vandaar de 2 sterren.
Aangekomen op de dag daarna, kreeg ik te horen dat het exclusief btw was en de prijs 157€ word.
Dat had dan netjes in de telefoongesprek gezegd moeten worden en niet nadat ik 40 min heb zitten rijden.
Als klant wil ik een vaste prijs te horen krijgen en geen nare verassingen.
Ben dan ook met lege handen vertrokken.
Heel jammer dit, hoop dat ze ervan leren.
Called Loek Autoparts for a car part, and after discussing a price of € 130, I was able to pick up the part the next day.
Which is very fast hence the 2 stars.
Arriving the next day, I was told it was exclusive of VAT and the price will be 157€.
That should have been said neatly in the phone conversation and not after I've been driving for 40 minutes.
As a customer I want to hear a fixed price and no nasty surprises.
So I left empty-handed.
Very unfortunate, hope they learn from it.
