★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben recent een uitvaart mogen laten regelen door Loes (Amare Memoria). Dit was een zeer prettige ervaring. Loes is erg rustig en weet op tijd afstand te nemen en een stap terug te doen zodat de familie alle rust krijgt om te rouwen en het verlies te verwerken. Toch is ze er als je vragen hebt en een luisterend oor wil hebben. Op de dag zelf weet ze er een mooi en waardig afscheid van te maken voor allemaal.
De nazorg bestaat nog uit een bezoekje na een 1 1/2 week. Dit is prettig om dan nog even na te kunnen praten met iemand die er meer van weet en de nazorg goed te kunnen afsluiten.
Wij hebben het allemaal bij elkaar als zeer prettig ervaren!
 We recently had a funeral arranged by Loes (Amare Memoria). This was a very pleasant experience. Loes is very calm and knows how to take distance in time and take a step back so that the family gets all the peace they need to mourn and deal with the loss. Yet she is there if you have questions and want a listening ear. On the day itself, she knows how to make a nice and worthy farewell to everyone.
The aftercare consists of a visit after a 1 1/2 week. This is nice to be able to talk to someone who knows more about it and to close the aftercare properly.
We have experienced it all together as very pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loes is meelevend en inlevend, ze heeft persoonlijke aandacht, ze neemt op professionele wijze deel aan het rouwproces en komt haar afspraken na. Ze is betrokken en tegelijk houdt ze gepaste afstand, om te borgen dat de noodzakelijke processen (aangifte, rouwkaarten, advertentie, lokatie begrafenis/crematie, etc) op tijd plaatsvinden. Ze begeleidt dat hele proces zeer deskundig en met aandacht voor (belangrijke!) details. Zeer aanbevolen!
Loes is compassionate and empathetic, she has personal attention, she participates in a professional manner in the grieving process and fulfills her agreements. She is involved and at the same time keeps an appropriate distance to ensure that the necessary processes (declaration, mourning cards, advertisement, funeral / cremation location, etc.) take place on time. She guides the entire process in a highly professional manner and with attention to (important!) Details. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loes is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en rustig. Ze blijft desondanks op de achtergrond. Ze denkt en werkt, als je dat op prijs stelt, overal aan mee. Ze neemt overal de tijd voor, ook voor de gesprekken die ze met je voert. Door te werken met WhatsApp is overleg heel gemakkelijk en snel.
Ook haar medewerkers zijn competent, vriendelijk en doen hun werk met gevoel en liefde.
De bloemen die zij via een bloemist heeft bezorgd waren heel erg mooi.
De kwaliteit van het door Loes "geleverde werk" is werkelijk ongelofelijk goed.
Heel erg bedankt Loes!
Loes is friendly, helpful and calm. She nevertheless remains in the background. She thinks and works, if you appreciate that, with everything. She takes the time for everything, including the conversations she has with you. By working with WhatsApp, consultation is very easy and fast.
Her employees are also competent, friendly and do their work with feeling and love.
The flowers she delivered through a florist were very beautiful.
The quality of the work "delivered" by Loes is truly unbelievably good.
