a	alies hoogma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag de privésauna van LOFF in Assen bezocht. Was allemaal erg lekker en netjes. Heerlijke lunch gehad en personeel was erg vriendelijk! Komer zeker eens terug. Today we visited the private sauna of LOFF in Assen. All was very tasty and neat. Had lovely lunch and staff were very friendly! Will definitely come back.
M	Mandy van Elp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorm teleurstellend. Door de uitgebreide marketingcampagne van Loff was ik erg benieuwd en had ik hoge verwachtingen. Ik had een massage van 60 minuten en daarna 60 minuten floaten geboekt omdat ik pijn in mijn rug had. Dit van te voren ook aangegeven bij de masseuse en gevraagd of ze extra aandacht aan mijn onderrug kon geven. Helaas werd dat niet gedaan en werd ik vooral geaaid, niet gemasseerd. Toen ik vroeg of het wat steviger mocht werd ook hier niet op in gegaan. Vervolgens floaten wat na 40 minuten helaas alweer voorbij was. Na de behandeling heb ik aangegeven dat ik het erg vond tegenvallen en de massage niet goed was. Als reactie kreeg ik dat ik niet bij de fysiotherapeut was. Ik boek regelmatig massages en begrijp heus dat ik niet bij een fysio ben maar dit was het andere uiterste. 's Avonds kreeg ik een automatische mail met het verzoek om een review te schrijven. Hierin heb ik netjes zowel de positieve - als de aandachtspunten benoemd maar tot mijn verbazing zie ik dat deze niet geplaatst is op de website. Toen ik verder keek zag ik dat alleen 5 sterren beoordelingen worden geplaatst. Totaal niet betrouwbaar dus qua reviews op de website van Loff. Gemiste kans want van feedback kun je als bedrijf veel leren. Very disappointing. Due to Loff's extensive marketing campaign, I was very curious and had high expectations. I had booked a 60-minute massage and then 60-minute floating because I had a pain in my back. This also indicated in advance at the masseuse and asked if she could give extra attention to my lower back. Unfortunately that was not done and I was mainly stroked, not massaged. When I asked if it could be a bit firmer, this was not addressed either. Then floated what was unfortunately over after 40 minutes. After the treatment I indicated that I was very disappointed and the massage was not good. In response I received that I was not with the physical therapist. I regularly book massages and understand that I am not at a physio but this was the other extreme. In the evening I received an automatic mail with the request to write a review. Here I have neatly mentioned both the positive and the points for attention, but to my surprise I see that it is not posted on the website. When I looked further I saw that only 5 star reviews are posted. Totally not reliable, therefore, in terms of reviews on the Loff website. Missed opportunity because as a company you can learn a lot from feedback.

Had a really nice massage. Extremely friendly staff with a loving heart that really goes out of their way to pamper the guests.

Ze vroeg mij of ik zeker wist dat ik een hotstone massage wilde ivm de warmte buiten. Aangezien je later moeilijk tot niet de warmte kwijt raakt. Na uitleg van diverse massages gekozen voor de Lomi Lomi massage. Dit is goed bevallen. Het is een massage met rustige strijkingen zonder diepe weefsel massage. Ideaal om het lijf zelf te laten ontspannen zonder druk op de spieren te leggen. Daarna een kopje thee gedronken in de tuin. Warm welcome with first name. That feels personal. I had booked the hot stone massage. Outside it was about 24 degrees and sunny. She asked me if I was sure I wanted a hot stone massage because of the heat outside. Since it is difficult to not lose the heat later on. After explanation of various massages opted for the Lomi Lomi massage. I liked this. It is a massage with gentle strokes without deep tissue massage. Ideal for letting the body relax without putting pressure on the muscles. Then had a cup of tea in the garden.

Het ontspant echt, een aanrader! Na de sessie kan je douchen, je haren wassen en föhnen. Je krijgt nog een kopje thee met wat lekkers erbij. Echt even bijkomen en ontspannen! Had a float session for the first time. Received a neat explanation in the mail and video with information about what to expect during the session. It really relaxes, highly recommended! After the session you can shower, wash and blow dry your hair. You get a cup of tea with some sweets. Really relax and unwind!

I fell asleep during the massage and my body feels like a marshmallow now haha. Was pleased with the service and quality of the personeel. Had some nice tea after.
