Bei telefonischer Anfrage und Terminvereinbarung wann mein Paket zugestellt wird, wurde das Telefon einfach aufgelegt. Als nach vier Tagen das Paket endlich kam, berichtete selbst der Fahrer von einem kolerischen Chef und den katastrophalen Zuständen in dieser Firma.
Fazit: Es gibt genug andere zuverlässige Kurierdienste und diesen sollte man meiden.
No trace of service !!!
By telephone request and appointment when my package is delivered, the phone was simply hung up. When, after four days, the package finally arrived, even the driver reported a koleric boss and the catastrophic conditions in this company.
Conclusion: There are enough other reliable courier services and these should be avoided.
