β β β β β Super aardige mensen! Kwam voor gebouw inspectie. Ze waren er niet maar in zeer korte tijd geregeld dat ik naar binnen kon.

Super nice people! Came for building inspection. They were not there but arranged for me to enter in a very short time.

3 uur aan de telefoon gehangen en ruim β¬20 aan belkosten gemaakt!
Na 3 uur aan de telefoon nog steeds geen resultaat!
( hiervoor zelf al 4 uur lopen prutsen ) om een afstandsbediening aan de praat te krijgen !
1 ster is nog teveel!
Bad customer service!
3 hours on the phone and over β¬ 20 in calling costs!
Still no result after 3 hours on the phone!
(for 4 hours of messing around) to get a remote control working!
1 star is still too much!

β β β β β Wat een waardeloze service. Verkeerd keyboard geleverd en het lukt ze niet om het probleem op te lossen. Wacht al weken op een return label van UPS. Schandalig voor zo'n bedrijf
Such lousy service. Wrong keyboard delivered and they are unable to solve the problem. Have been waiting weeks for a return label from UPS. Shameful for such a company

Recently I've spent over Β£200 with Logitech recently as well has having bought products from them before, I experienced a few issues with their MX Master 3 so got in touch with customer support, after going back and forth a few times they offered a replacement which was also faulty (I think it is a software fault). Since 'escalating' the case to their technicians they have ignored my communications, as of writing this I have send customer support 7 emails of which none have been answered, telephoned their office and was told I would receive a call. I never did. I also reached out to them on Instagram where I finally received a response which was in essence 'we will get someone to get back to you'. They never did. However they do seam to have the time to remove my comments on their Instagram posts rather than actually respond to me and sort out this issue. To top this I've emailed their MD twice and have not received a reply.
A real shame because some of their products are really good.
