De levering is zeer compleet. Duidelijke montage instructie en zeer solide bevestigingsmaterialen meegeleverd. De box maakt een solide indruk. De vuurwerk beveiliging is zeer handig, onze vorige brievenbus is door vuurwerk gesneuveld. Stickertje met aanwijzingen voor bezorgers op de voordeur geplaatst. We verwachten nu veel minder storende deurbelletjes door bezorgers tijdens thuiswerk teams/zoom/telefoon calls. Tevens hoeven we pakketjes niet meer bij de lokale Spar te laten afleveren als we overdag niet thuis zijn. Een mooie " logix" oplossing, tijdens en voor hopelijk snel na lockdown tijden. Sticker with directions for deliverers placed on the front door. We now expect far fewer annoying doorbells by deliverers during homeworking teams / zoom / telephone calls. We also no longer need to have parcels delivered to the local Spar if we are not at home during the day. A nice "logix" solution, during and before hopefully soon after lockdown times.

Na een vlotte en vriendelijke communicatie met customer service, werd bijna direct een nieuwe brievenbus opgestuurd. Op de site staat dat er in de lak microscopisch kleine metallic deeltjes verwerkt zijn en dat dit een luxe uitstraling geeft. Dit is in echt super mooi. Net voldoende 'glitters' voor de luxe uitstraling. Service van Logixbox is ook goed. Ik had iets verkeerd gedaan bij de bestelling en de accessoires werden zonder verzendkosten nagestuurd. Kortom, ik ben blij met de brievenbus en de service. Received the Frontbox reversal yesterday. Er kunnen best wel wat pakketjes in, fijn als je eens 5 pakketten op een dag ontvangt en je niet thuis bent. Contact ook steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader. For the product it is definitely a 5 star, for the customer service only 3.5 due to these road bumps. Overall a 4 star is well deserved. ---- I like the concept, the product and the customer assistance is quite ok. But this changed when I contacted them due to a loose bolt scratching the door panel during the shipment. Logixbox simply stated "not valid due to it being assembled already", but this statement is definitely not in good faith, as it was clearly visible that the bolts were not packed properly and the cardboard was damaged on on the same location. I am now stuck with a damaged item item right in the front. They didn't offer to replace the door, not even to send some paint. Due to this I really don't recommend this to friends and I will of course not acquire others in the future either. If you acquire any product from logixbox, I can only recommend to make a movie while the unpacking and do not touch it further if something isn't okay.
