★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf heeft een waardeloze service mbt nazorg. Die afdeling is telefonisch niet te bereiken en als reactie op mails komen nietszeggende antwoorden zonder naam of telefoonnummer.
Het is onbegrijpelijk dat zoiets mogelijk is anno 2020. Doe als het even kan geen zaken met dit bedrijf want ze komen hun contractuele afspraken niet na.
This company has a lousy aftercare service. That department cannot be reached by telephone and in response to emails, meaningless answers without a name or telephone number are received.
It is incomprehensible that such a thing is possible in 2020. If possible, do not do business with this company because they do not fulfill their contractual agreements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought an apartment in mid 2016 (in the project City Garden, Amstelveen) and we were told by the real estate agent that the apartment will be delivered within 18 months. After 18 months we received a letter that said, finally the apartment will be delivered in Feb 2018. In Feb, we received a letter saying March. And the letters kept on coming. From March to April, and now to August. Not to sure what to expect now. The builder stopped replying and the makelaar (Brockhoff) in this case is taking no responsibility. I would request everyone to be really careful if you are planning to do any business with Lokhorst.
