★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloemen op tijden gebracht, kwaliteit slecht verse bloemen waren gemixt met oude bloemen en afbeelding klopt niet met de bloemen die je krijgt .maar dat zal wel komen omdat ze oude met verse bloemen hebben gemixt
Flowers brought to times, quality poor fresh flowers were mixed with old flowers and image does not match the flowers you get, but that will be because they mixed old flowers with fresh flowers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer hice un encargo, esta mañana temprano tenía llamada perdida de ellos, intento devolver la llamada y sólo salta la máquina, mandó whatsapp y nadie se pone en contacto conmigo. He mandado un mail también, y nada. Tenía encargado un ramo para mi amiga que hoy es su cumpleaños y encima está sola. Me mandan un mail diciéndome que las flores que encargué que no tienen en stock o están pochas pero no me dan alternativa para nada. Y el envío lo solicité de 9-15h y ahora mismo son 18:18 y ni rastro de ramo ni nada. Me parece lamentable y no les doy 0 porque no se puede. No se puede jugar así con los sentimientos de las personas. Ni ramo ni dinero, ni se os ocurra comprar aquí. Sólo espero poder recuperar mi dinero.
Yesterday I made an order, this morning I had a missed call from them, I try to return the call and only the machine jumps, sent WhatsApp and nobody contacts me. I have sent an email too, and nothing. I had ordered a bouquet for my friend that today is her birthday and she is alone on top of it. They send me an email telling me that the flowers I ordered that they do not have in stock or are pochas but do not give me an alternative at all. And the shipment I requested from 9-15h and right now it is 6:18 pm and no sign of bouquet or anything. I find it regrettable and I don't give them 0 because you can't. You can't play with people's feelings like that. Neither bouquet nor money, nor do you think of buying here. I just hope I can get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opinión Lolaflora España: Encargamos un ramo para una compañera de trabajo un viernes de octubre 2020 para entrega en el mismo día.
A día martes no se sabía nada del ramo ni por supuesto se había entregado.
El teléfono para España NO funciona. Por más que probamos solo comunicaba.
Al final enviamos un email y nos contestaron muy rápido. No conseguimos entrega en ese día sino al día siguiente. 5 días tarde. Pese a las disculpas por email no recomiendo ni por asomo. Muy mal esta empresa. Si son incapaces de hacer entrega en la fecha solicitada lo mínimo que tendrían que hacer es ser ellos quiénes te contacten con actualización de estado, explicaciones, etc.
Lolaflora Spain opinion: We ordered a bouquet for a co-worker on a Friday in October 2020 for delivery on the same day.
As of Tuesday, nothing was known about the bouquet and of course it had not been delivered.
The phone for Spain does NOT work. No matter how much we tried, it only communicated.
In the end we sent an email and they answered us very quickly. We do not get delivery on that day but the next day. 5 days late. Despite the apologies by email I do not recommend even remotely. Too bad this company. If they are unable to deliver on the requested date, the least they would have to do is be the ones who contact you with a status update, explanations, etc.

Contacté por chat (no hay número de teléfono en España) y dos veces a lo largo del día me confirmaron la entrega en el día sin poder decir cuándo. Cuando faltaban 2 horas, contacté con MRW quien me informó que lo entregarían en 2 o 3 días, ya que la orden saldría de Cataluña, a 400km del destino! Cancelé el pedido después de una hora en el chat, recibiendo frases de manual y ninguna solución real. NUNCA MAS. orden 194581449
The website confirmed the order from one day to the next, but from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. As I was willing to wait, I accepted it. I contacted by chat (there is no phone number in Spain) and twice during the day they confirmed the delivery on the day without being able to say when. With 2 hours left, I contacted MRW who informed me that they would deliver it in 2 or 3 days, since the order would leave Catalonia, 400km from the destination! I canceled the order after an hour in the chat, receiving phrases from the manual and no real solution. NEVER MORE. order 194581449
