★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never, never, never use this tour group. We were there during the London subway strike and they stopped running the buses. They told us they would give us a refund and we have contacted them about 10 times trying to get one and still do not have one as of Thanksgiving. They are dishonest, promise things that they do not deliver, and a waste of your money. Do not use them! If anything goes wrong you will never see your money again!
