Friendly and quick answer to questions, right on time for appointment, well helped and everything left in perfect condition. Was able to pay immediately, no hassle. Next time I will go here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable. Asked me to send him videos on WhatsApp of the problem with a leaking shower after I called. He read the messages but ignored me when there is water all over my bathroom. Really unprofessional and glad I didn't go with this company because if you can't reply to a message, you probably can't do your job reliably either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for 10 AM for changing two taps. I called at 1030 AM and the person on the phone told that the colleague is on the way. I am writing this at 3.45 PM. No one shows up. Very bad service. I put all my appointments on hold for this no-show guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to fix the toilet (flush didnt seal properly hence water kept trickling in). Came on time and doing the job they had to break tiles. They replaced part of the white antique square tiles with modern rectangular ones, the putty in between the tiles was white and, in their patch, they replaced it with dark grey silicone; one of their new tiles has a corner chipped. They have fixed it but now it looks awful. They are not cheap either...
