Naar aanleiding van een informatief telefoontje wist ik al dat dit bedrijf niet past bij de service die ik verwacht.
Als na één vraag de hoorn al wordt opgehangen, vind ik dat getuigen van onprofessioneel gedrag. Blijkbaar willen deze mensen geen geld verdienen.
Als het niet uitkomt, neem dan gewoon de telefoon niet op.

If after one question the receiver is already hung up, I think that is evidence of unprofessional behavior. Apparently these people don't want to make money.
