Toen ze me niet meteen te pakken kregen hebben ze het initiatief genomen om een maat kleiner op te sturen zodat ik mijn bestelling toch zo snel mogelijk geleverd zou krijgen met de juiste maat. Fijn dat ze zo meedenken!
Beautiful store, beautiful brands. I got a call about my Internet order because the salespeople thought a size smaller would be better because the item ran large. When they did not immediately get hold of me, they took the initiative to send a size smaller so that I would receive my order as soon as possible with the correct size. It's nice that they think like that!
