Ik was een student die heel erg last had van faalangst, perfectionisme en een negatief zelfbeeld. Maar nu 6 maanden verder ben ik blij dat ik de keuze had gemaakt om het een kans te geven. Hoewel aan mezelf werken veel energie en moeite kost, voel ik mij goed begeleid en ondersteund. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik nu een doel heb die ik wil bereiken, ik ben in staat om beter na te denken over mijn gedachtes en te analyseren waarom ik bepaalde gedachtes heb. Verder heb ik geleerd dat ik lief voor mijnzelf moeten zijn en dat perfectie een onrealistisch verschijnsel is waar ik mijn tijd niet aan moet verspillen. Afgelopen 6 maanden heb ik de kans gekregen om samen te werken met Lian. Lian is een fantastisch persoon om samen mee te werken, ik voelde mijn direct op mijn gemak en had het gevoel dat ik haar kon vertrouwen. Ik zou Lian zeer zeker aanbevelen als je op zoek bent naar een mindset/leefstijlcoach. I never thought I'd have a lifestyle coach. I was convinced that I could solve my problems myself and didn't need anyone. I was a student who suffered from fear of failure, perfectionism and a negative self-image. But now 6 months later I am happy that I had made the choice to give it a chance. Although working on myself requires a lot of energy and effort, I feel well guided and supported. I feel that I now have a goal that I want to achieve, I am able to think better about my thoughts and analyze why I have certain thoughts. I also learned that I should be kind to myself and that perfection is an unrealistic phenomenon that I should not waste my time on. In the past 6 months I have had the opportunity to work together with Lian. Lian is a fantastic person to work with, I felt immediately at ease and felt that I could trust her. I would highly recommend Lian if you are looking for a mindset / lifestyle coach.
