Als beginnende liefhebber krijg je acute keuze-stress, maar als je al wat hebt, kun je je verzameling hier gegarandeerd aanvullen. Never seen such an extensive collection of gemstones. a	aud xxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel je serieus voor informatie over een (dure) amethist die ik wil aanschaffen, zegt mevrouw ineens tijdens ons gesprek sorry maar ik ben bezig dus moet gaan stoppen. Ik dacht ze heeft het tegen iemand anders aangezien ze met mij aan de telefoon zit en in gesprek is. Wordt gewoon de hoorn erop gegooid! ? ik zit echt serieus totaal verbouwereerd hier nog met mijn telefoon in mijn hand. Schandalig! Als ik een dure amethist wil aanschaffen (wat een paar duizend euro kost )is het toch niet zo raar om even het eea te informeren, maar ze nam niet eens de tijd om serieus te luisteren waar ik eigenlijk naar op zoek was of even de tijd te nemen om te kijken wat ze heeft staan en gooit de telefoon er gewoon op. ? ??‍♀️ wat een klantvriendelijkheid zeg. Erg onbeschoft! Seriously call you for information about an (expensive) amethyst that I want to purchase, the lady suddenly says sorry during our conversation but I'm busy so I have to stop. I thought she's talking to someone else as she's on the phone with me and talking. Just throw the horn up! ? I'm seriously totally stunned still sitting here with my phone in my hand. Scandalous! If I want to buy an expensive amethyst (which costs a few thousand euros) it's not that strange to inform me, but she didn't even take the time to seriously listen to what I was actually looking for or take the time to see what she's got and just throws the phone on it. ? ??‍♀️ what a customer friendliness. Very rude!
