 Very neat garage. Not the cheapest but quality and good service. Nice seller Marcel R , you quickly get confidence in . Our Toyota Auris Hybrid drives fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laatst heb ik samen met mijn vriend een bezoek gebracht aan Louwman Heemskerk. Ten eerste heeft niemand van het personeel ons gedag gezegd bij binnenkomst. We hebben even gewacht omdat het best druk was. Na ongeveer een kwartier vroeg ik aan een medewerker of ik een korte vraag kon stellen over een Aygo occasion. De medewerker antwoorde: ''Zoals u ziet is het nogal druk''. Er was helaas geen tijd voor een korte vraag over de beschikbaarheid van de occasion. Super slecht behandeld voor een stel die hun eerste auto wilde kopen en oprecht interesse hadden.
I recently visited Louwman Heemskerk with my boyfriend. Firstly, none of the staff said hello to us upon entering. We waited a while as it was quite busy. After about fifteen minutes I asked an employee if I could ask a short question about an Aygo occasion. The employee replied: "As you can see, it's quite busy." Unfortunately there was no time for a short question about the availability of the used car. Treated very badly for a couple looking to buy their first car and had a genuine interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ een half jaar geleden de door mij felbegeerde Toyota RAV4 (het oude model..) na lang zoeken hier gekocht. Vanaf de proefrit tot aan de laatste check (na 6 maanden) ben ik erg prettig geholpen door dit bedrijf. Het contact heb ik ervaren als zeer transparant en klantgericht, en kreeg service alsof ik een splinternieuwe auto kocht! Tot nu toe ontzettend blij met m'n RAV4 en met Louwman!
Bought the Toyota RAV4 (the old model..) after a long search here six months ago. From the test drive to the last check (after 6 months) I have been very pleasantly helped by this company. I experienced the contact as very transparent and customer-oriented, and I received service as if I were buying a brand new car! So far very happy with my RAV4 and with Louwman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a car is one of the most decisions you will make in your life. It's not only expensive but a car is something you will be using each day and you spend lot of energy on buying the right car. Toyota had build such a great brand over the period of years. And Louwman is one of the biggest dealers. So we went with lot of expectation to test drive a Corolla only to be utterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and how badly the showroom is managed. We are not sure if they thought we are not serious about buying the car but they messed up the test drive and we find the whole process of test driving a car not managed well. We drove more than 90 minutes for nothing. Just extremely disappointed with Louwman Heemskerk. They are nothing but an embarrassment to the Toyota brand. Look further if you are looking for a car and let this showroom not make your buying experience bitter.
