★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omdat een bepaald persoon daar gewerkt heeft en daar een slecht verleden heeft gehad volgens hun. kan de magazijnman zijn onderdeel niet leveren terwijl ik zelf dat onderdeel nodig heb en niet die ene persoon en dat in opdracht van de vestigingsmanager.er werd letterlijk gezegd dat ik het maar ergens anders moest halen. Ik vind dit absoluut niet kunnen en dit is de laatste keer dat ik wat met lexus arnhem te maken wil hebben.
 Because a certain person worked there and had a bad past there according to them. the warehouse man cannot deliver his part while I myself need that part and not that one person and that on behalf of the branch manager. it was literally said that I had to get it somewhere else. I think this is absolutely impossible and this is the last time I want to have something to do with lexus arnhem.

As a car company, we have had a towbar fitted and want to say that we consider service to be of paramount importance, but at LEXUS ARNHEM I was able to experience the service which is also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn opa is hier al jaren lang klant van maar zoals eerdere reviews hebben benoemd: ze vergeten je gewoon te beantwoorden op je mails. Daarnaast is onze autosleutel beschadigd geraakt nadat receptiemedewerker Marco een kijkje nam naar de auto. In plaats van excuses kreeg ik 'excuusjes' dat het waarschijnlijk niet door hem komt en ik zelf moet langs komen om het gefixt te hebben. Gelukkig hebben we nu een nieuwe auto gekocht bij Zijm en hoeven we nooit meer hier terug te komen.
My grandfather has been a customer of this for years, but as previous reviews have indicated: they simply forget to answer you on your emails. In addition, our car key was damaged after reception employee Marco took a look at the car. Instead of apologies I got 'excuses' that it probably isn't because of him and I have to come by myself to fix it. Fortunately, we have now bought a new car from Zijm and we never have to come back here.
