Days before the scheduled appointment they call us and, in an bulling way, they force us to cancel it saying "and don't see any reason ... We have a lot of work". Never felt this kind of behavior in any place, special in a Toyota shop (this is my 5th Toyota in my 3rd country and mostly my last one).
Stay away from this place if you are a Toyota lover!!
