I miss the real nail care.. it's just putting on nails and that's it. Cuticles are not cared for..

Bad communication and unfriendly people. My nail bled and she went on and on seeing it herself. Also good nails.

RE: Wat ook de reden was van mijn late komst, wilde u niet eens horen en schreeuwde bijna tegen mij. Zo gaat u niet met klanten om, überhaupt met niemand. Hierdoor bent u een vaste klant kwijt.
Unfortunately the owner is very unkind. So you should not expect customer-friendly here.
RE: Whatever the reason for my late arrival, you didn't even want to hear and almost yelled at me. That's not how you treat customers, or anyone at all. As a result, you have lost a regular customer.
