Manuela kent alle accomodaties en kon ons uitstekend adviseren over de meest geschikte boutique hotel voor ons gezin. Ook tijdens de reis blijft Manuela beschikbaar voor advies etc. In July and August 2019 we made a wonderful tour through Sicily. Manuela knows all the accommodations and could advise us on the most suitable boutique hotel for our family. Manuela also remains available during the trip for advice etc.

Wat een opluchting in deze tijden: een kleinschalige organisatie met persoonlijk contact waar dit nodig of gewenst is. Manuela denkt goed mee met de klant, wij hebben het als zeer plezierig ervaren. Mooi accommodaties en ook de nodige flexibiliteit voor persoonlijke aanpassingen. En de mogelijkheid voor contact met de treinagent, die ons ook prima heeft geholpen. Helaas was er veel gedoe op het Duitse spoor met veel vertragingen door werk aan het spoor, maar dat doet niets af aan het feit dat wij zeer tevreden zijn over de kwaliteit van Low Carbon Travels. We had a train trip to Italy, by train to Florence via Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Munich, Florence and a rental car in Florence. What a relief in these times: a small-scale organization with personal contact where this is necessary or desired. Manuela thinks along well with the customer, we have experienced it as very pleasant. Beautiful accommodations and also the necessary flexibility for personal adjustments. And the possibility to contact the train agent, who also helped us very well. Unfortunately there was a lot of hassle on the German track with many delays due to work on the track, but that does not detract from the fact that we are very satisfied with the quality of Low Carbon Travels.
