Bestellte Ware wird nicht geliefert, das Geld wird einbehalten und auf Anrufe oder E-Mails erfolgt keine Reaktion! Wir haben vor drei Wochen Ware für über 700 € bestellt und bis auf die Bestellbestätigung kam nichts mehr. Einmal habe ich die Dame am Telefon erwischt und mir wurden irgendwelche Märchen von Lieferschwierigkeiten erzählt. Danach ging niemand mehr ans Telefon und E-Mails werden bei dieser Firma wohl grundsätzlich nicht beantwortet. Kurzerhand setzten wir uns heute ins Auto und fuhren 200 km nach Alkmaar, um unser Geld zurückzuholen. Als wir unser Anliegen schilderten, schien die Chefin nicht wirklich überrascht zu sein. Sie meinte, sie sei zu beschäftigt gewesen, um ans Telefon zu gehen oder Mails zu beantworten. Der Betrug scheint ja gut zu laufen. Wir bestanden auf ein Sofort-Überweisung, sie hat überwiesen, wir haben unser Geld zurück. Abgesehen vom Spritgeld haben wir für diesen "Ausflug" insgesamt 7 (!!!) Stunden vergeudet!!! Diese "Firma" ist eine Schande für die gesamte Gasbranche und gehört angezeigt! Stay away from this company! Ordered goods are not delivered, the money is withheld and there is no response to calls or e-mails! We ordered goods for over 700 € three weeks ago and nothing else came up except for the order confirmation. Once I caught the lady on the phone and I was told some fairy tale about delivery problems. After that nobody answered the phone and emails are probably not answered at this company. Without further ado we got in the car today and drove 200 km to Alkmaar to get our money back. When we presented our concern, the boss didn't seem really surprised. She said she was too busy to answer the phone or answer emails. The fraud seems to be going well. We insisted on an immediate transfer, she transferred, we got our money back. Apart from the fuel money, we wasted a total of 7 (!!!) hours on this "excursion" !!! This "company" is a disgrace to the entire gas industry and should be displayed!

Telefonisch slecht bereikbaar en met de belofte om te reageren wordt niets gedaan. Ik zou dit bedrijf vermijden The ordered parts were delivered on time. However, I wanted to exchange a part for a different type. Email is not responded to. Hard to reach by phone and with the promise to respond, nothing is done. I would avoid this company
W	W. N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen zaken mee doen. Onderdelen die je retour stuurt en bewijs van is, krijg je gewoon naar meerdere mails en belletjes niet terug gestort. Hebben elke keer weer een andere smoes en laten niks meer van zich horen. Do not do business with. Parts that you return and proof of, you will simply not receive a refund after multiple emails and phone calls. Have a different excuse every time and don't hear from them anymore.
V	Vomito Negro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesel flash lube besteld, na drie maand nog niets toegekregen, verschillende keren gemaild en geen antwoord, gebeld en nemen niet op.. geld kwijt en geen product gekregen .. geen zaken mee doen !! Diesel flash lube ordered, after three months still nothing, emailed several times and no answer, called and do not answer .. money lost and no product received .. no business with them !!
H	Henny van de Kraats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer veel kennis van lpg systemen geven veel goede adviezen. Zelfs als je de tank niet bij hun hebt gekocht maar slechts een paar losse onderdelen. Ook vriendelijke mevrouw aan de telefoon. A lot of knowledge of lpg systems gives a lot of good advice. Even if you didn't buy the tank from them but only a few loose parts. Also friendly lady on the phone.
O	Overdrive™ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb hun gemaild over 1 set met 2 lpg flessen voor in de camper, vroeg hun erbij dat de flessen een nieuwe keuringsdatum moeten hebben ( 10 jaar). Kreeg 1x antwoord met wat bedoeld u? Deze beantwoord echter geen reply.. Nog een keer gemaild, weer geen antwoord. Erg onbetrouwbaar dus. Emailed them about 1 set with 2 lpg bottles for the camper, asked them that the bottles must have a new inspection date (10 years). Received 1x answer with what do you mean? However, this one does not answer. Emailed again, again no answer. So very unreliable.
J	John Luck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Ordered a part, a LPG mixer. Phoned them to make sure it was the right part. They can't be bothered to have any real descriptions of their parts online. The picture online was of an CNCed aluminium part. What I received was a plastic part. I had spoken to two people before buying the part, and neither could be bothered to warn me that they no longer sold the aluminium mixer, but they are happy to sell a second rate product for the same price point without telling me. Nasty false advertising. When I phoned and asked if there was a mistake, I was told rudely that I could take it or leave it.
