About LPRD Design
How it all started
The creators of LPRD, Anneloes Ouwehand and Adrian Cooke, are experienced cyclists. So they know first hand how important functional and comfortable cycling clothing is when you’re making long hours on the bike. But LPRD’s items aren’t just designed for cycling, but for all kinds of sports such as running, spinning, pilates or yoga. And in your well-deserved post-workout break, these items also make for a stylish outfit when you’re chilling in your favorite café or popping by the stores.
The idea for LPRD originated in 2015. Anneloes, enthusiastic cyclist and leopard print-lover, was unable to find a lot of variation in cycling clothes for women. Most outfits were covered in either pink flowers or logos. Having a background in fashion herself, Anneloes decided that there was room for improvement. Away with these old stereotypes! And so she teamed up with Adrian to create LPRD which allowed her to cycle in her favorite print forever more.
LPRD believes doing sport is about more than just achieving the best results: it’s about having fun! And that starts with an amazing outfit. Therefore it’s LPRD’s mission to create sports outfits in which you feel empowered and feminine. Like the leopard.
