 Purchased a new drill column through marketplace, it turned out to be a manufacturing fault, excellent service provided afterwards by van Schaijk VOF even a manual that was missing was mailed! Top products for good prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was bij LTC Schaijk terecht gekomen via een Marktplaats advertentie. Hun dienst op Marktplaats was zeer vriendelijk en zij hebben heldere afspraken gemaakt en ze ook heel netjes nagekomen. Hun aftersales service voor de machine is bijzonder goed. Een aantal onderdelen ontbrak bij de draaibank, maar zij zijn hiermee aan de slag gegaan en ik wordt via WhatsApp op de hoogte gehouden over de vordering van het bijbestellen van de onderdelen. De draaibank is verder voor een heel nette prijs geleverd en is in bijzonder goede staat. Verder hebben zij nog nieuwe onderdelen voor de draaibank op voorraad zodat ik mijn aankoop ter plekke kon uitbreiden. De onderdelen zijn allemaal zeer schappelijk geprijsd, dus ik heb geen nier achter hoeven te laten voor de aankoop. Voor iemand in de markt voor een uitbreiding aan zijn hobby of zakelijke machinepark is het zeker een goede adres en kan ik het met harte aanbevelen
Was at LTC Schaijk ended up via a Marktplaats advertisement. Their service at Marktplaats was very friendly and they made clear agreements and they also met very nicely. Their after-sales service for the machine is particularly good. A number of parts were missing at the lathe, but they have started working on this and I am kept informed via WhatsApp about the progress of ordering the parts. The lathe has been delivered for a very decent price and is in a particularly good condition. Furthermore, they have new parts for the lathe in stock so that I could expand my purchase on the spot. The parts are all very reasonably priced, so I do not have to leave a kidney for the purchase. For someone in the market for an expansion of his hobby or business machinery it is certainly a good address and I can recommend it wholeheartedly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat jullie niet dichter bij zitten. Geweldige zaak, tijd voor de klanten, goeie service. En goed bereikbaar, telefonisch en mail. Koffie smaakte erg lekker bij ons broodje.
Too bad you're not closer. Great business, time for the customers, good service. And easily accessible by phone and email. Coffee tasted very good with our sandwich.

What a good service. They helped me well with the choice, purchase and sending of my bench drill and even when it turned out that the drill head was not quite right, a new one was sent right away. I am very satisfied!
