wilde iets simpels laten repareren en moest opgestuurd worden doorlooptijd 3 weken.
Echt slecht !

wanted to have something simple repaired and had to be sent. lead time 3 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik loop de winkel en ben daar de tweede klant. Ik zag de verkoopster bezig zijn met hun en gaf hun de ruimte. Ze was klaar met hun en dacht dat ze naar me toe kwam, ik keek meerdere malen haar kant op. Komt er een derde klant binnen en zij vraagt hem gelijk; wat kan ik voor u doen? Terwijl ik daar met een wachtende houding stond. Zij was klaar met hem en de man van de 1ste klant vraagt weer haar aandacht en zij loopt doodleuk mee ipv te zeggen dat ik al langer sta te wachten en het nu mijn beurt is! Ander verkoopster is bezig met repareren van een armband. Wat is dit voor rare manier van verkopen? Wat een verschrikking. Ik werd totaal niet door hun aangesproken. Ben op een gegeven moment gwn weggelopen! Echt schandalig!
I walk into the store and am the second customer there. I saw the saleswoman busy with them and gave them the space. She was done with them and thought she was coming to me, I looked her way several times. A third customer comes in and asks him immediately; what can I do for you? While I stood there with a waiting attitude. She was done with him and the man of the 1st customer asks her attention again and she walks along happily instead of saying that I have been waiting for longer and it is now my turn! Another saleswoman is busy repairing a bracelet. What kind of strange selling method is this? What a horror. I was not addressed at all by them. At some point I ran away gwn! Really outrageous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een ring in een ander maat besteld, terwijl we de ring terug hadden gebracht en een grotere maat hadden gekocht had niemand ons erover ingelicht dat de ringen nu 50% korting hebben. Of überhaupt iets gezegd er over. Slechte service als je het mij vraagt. De ring was wel mooi.
Ordered a ring in a different size, while we had returned the ring and bought a larger size, no one informed us that the rings now have a 50% discount. Or even said something about it. Bad service if you ask me. The ring was beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze dochter mocht met opa oorbellen uitzoeken, bij een juwelier in Breda, deze kon de oorbellen NIET in de gaatjes krijgen, met gevolg dat 1 oor geïrriteerd was geraakt, moord en brand schreeuwde ze, onze dochter wel te verstaan, geen vertrouwen meer in een goede afloop. De andere dag naar Lucardi in Etten-Leur gegaan, uitgelegd wat er gebeurd was. De rust en het vakmanschap van de mevrouw die ons hielp, heeft er voor gezorgd dat zowel de oorbellen WEL in de gaatjes pastte én onze dochter zielsgelukkig met haar oorbellen kon pronken.
Ondanks dat we niets gekocht hadden, heeft Lucardi ons uitzonderlijk goed geholpen. Deze service was nb nog gratis ook!
Ik kom hier zeker terug!
Our daughter was allowed to choose earrings with grandpa, at a jeweler in Breda, he could NOT get the earrings in the holes, with the result that 1 ear was irritated, she screamed murder and fire, our daughter that is, no longer trusting a good ending. The other day went to Lucardi in Etten-Leur, explained what had happened. The calmness and craftsmanship of the lady who helped us ensured that both the earrings did fit in the holes and that our daughter was very happy to show off her earrings.
Even though we hadn't bought anything, Lucardi helped us exceptionally well. This service was also free!
I will come back here for sure!
