★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aanvulling dd 10/1/21 voor het overzicht wat korter gemaakt. Op 18 dec. spullen besteld zodat ik het voor kerst in huis zou hebben. Stond groot aangegeven op de site. 2 dagen voor kerst mijn bestelling bekeken geen update. Nog steeds reclame, vandaag besteld voor kerst in huis. Klantenservice niet bereikbaar. Mail gestuurd, zou binnen 24 uur reactie krijgen. Kreeg 6 dagen later pas reactie. Ik moest de vestiging maar bellen. Geen nummer en zoek het maar uit!. Nummer en openingstijden op de website van lucardi opgezocht. Meer dan 10 op 4 verschillende dagen gebeld, maar er werd in de winkel niet opgenomen. Op een gegeven moment zat, via mail aangegeven dat ik afzie van mijn aankoop, ben binnen de wettelijke termijn. En ja hoor, binnen een paar uur bericht dat ik mijn spullen kan ophalen. Ondertussen mijn 2klacht ingediend. Dit pik ik niet, ik wil mijn geld terug. Duurde weer tot na de jaarwisseling. Krijg ik bericht met verwijt dat ik op hun website kon lezen en op hun bandje kon horen dat ik de winkel moest bellen en niet de klantenservice. Maar goed, zij zullen de winkel vragen alles terug te sturen, dan pas krijg ik mijn geld terug. 9/1, ruim een week na het laatste bericht over geld terug krijgen...je raad het al. Belt de winkel of ik de spullen wil ophalen. Mooi niet! Zij blijven communiceren alsof je als klant dom en achterlijk bent. Want jij zij kunnen de vestiging wel bereiken...duh!!! feestdagen zijn voorbij. Goed bezig Lucardi. Ik was een vaste klant, maar dat is nu voorbij.
 supplement dated 10/1/21 for the overview made somewhat shorter. On Dec. ordered stuff so that I would have it at home before Christmas. Was signposted on the site. 2 days before Christmas my order did not receive an update. Still advertising, ordered today for Christmas at home. Customer service not available. Mail sent, would get a response within 24 hours. Didn't get a response until 6 days later. I should just call the branch. No number and just figure it out !. Looked up the number and opening hours on the lucardi website. Called more than 10 on 4 different days, but the store was not answered. At a certain point, indicated by email that I would not like my purchase, I was within the legal term. And yes, within a few hours a message that I can pick up my things. In the meantime filed my complaint. I will not accept this, I want my money back. Lasted until after the turn of the year. I get a message reproaching that I could read on their website and hear on their tape that I had to call the store and not customer service. Anyway, they will ask the store to return everything, only then will I get my money back. 9/1, more than a week after the last message about getting a refund ... you guessed it. Call the store if I want to pick up the items. I do not think so! They continue to communicate as if you as a customer are stupid and retarded. Because you they can reach the location ... duh !!! holidays are over. Good job Lucardi. I used to be a regular, but that's over now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op een drukke vrijdag mijn tweede en derde gaatje laten schieten in mijn linkeroor. Klanten keken wat raar dat een man meerdere oorgaatjes laat zetten, maar de medewerkster zei dat het er tof uit zag! Met een rood oortje en twee gaatjes rijker de winkel weer verlaten na een paar minuten! Bedankt voor de goede service! Misschien kom ik nog eens weer voor een vierde gaatje of een helix! ?
On a busy Friday I had my second and third pierced in my left ear. Customers looked a bit strange that a man had multiple ear holes put in, but the employee said it looked great! Leaving the store after a few minutes with a red ear and two holes richer! Thanks for the good service! Maybe I'll come again for a fourth hole or a helix! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucardi is een mode accessoire/bijouterie winkel met eigenlijk van alles wat, interessant concept. Maar bijna alles is made in China en ook op de Chinese websites te bestellen. Zaak ziet er keurig uit en netjes ingericht en opgeruimd.personeel is heel klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam, je kunt hier op je gemak wat rondkijken. Als dit je ding is zou ik zeker eens naar binnen gaan.Het is nu het eerste weekend na de versoepeling van de corona regels, dus fijn om er weer eens uit te gaan, je moet wel geduld hebben want het is druk. Fijn dat er voor de confectie zaken weer betere tijden aanbreken.
Lucardi is a fashion accessory/jewellery store with basically everything, interesting concept. But almost everything is made in China and can also be ordered on the Chinese websites. The store looks neat and neatly decorated and tidy. The staff is very customer-friendly and helpful, you can look around at your leisure. If this is your thing I would definitely go in. It is now the first weekend after the relaxation of the corona rules, so nice to go out again, you have to be patient because it's busy. It's good that better times are ahead for the clothing business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie winkel maar lelijk personeel. Als ik de recensies van te voren had gelezen, kwam ik hier geen eens naar binnen. Erg jammer dat klanten niet gelijkwaardig worden behandeld. Een tip naar de medewerkers toe: werk klantvriendelijk, anders raak je ze kwijt.
Nice shop but ugly staff. If I had read the reviews beforehand I wouldn't even come in here. It is very unfortunate that customers are not treated equally. A tip to the employees: work in a customer-friendly manner, otherwise you will lose them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik 0 sterren kon geven had ik het gedaan, Ik heb een verjaardag cadeau gekregen van mijn vriendin. Het was helaas te klein dus ik ging naar de Lucardi om het groter te maken. Paar dagen later kwam ik terug en was er een medewerker met blond haar, ze zei dat ik niet de ring terug had gebracht en schreeuwde in mij gezicht voor de publiek en heeft mij beschuldigd als een dief. Toen ik voor de camera beelden vroeg, zag je duidelijk dat ik de ring had gegeven. Haar antwoord? De ring zat onder de bon zat. Nou sorry zeg? Je bent een juwelier winkel en je geeft de ring
niet zonder een doosje met alleen maar de bon? Dan is toch niet realistisch. Ik ben heel erg getraumatiseerd en zou graag dat ze zich verontschuldigen voor het geschreeuw. De klanten service was dus absolute slecht. Ik raad het niet aan om hier iets halen.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I got a birthday present from my girlfriend. It was unfortunately too small so I went to the Lucardi to make it bigger. Few days later I came back and there was an employee with blond hair, she said I didn't return the ring and screamed in my face in front of the public and accused me as a thief. When I asked for footage in front of the camera, you could clearly see that I had given the ring. Her answer? The ring was under the receipt. Well I'm sorry? You are a jewelry store and you give the ring
not without a box with just the receipt? Then it's not realistic. I am very traumatized and would like them to apologize for the yelling. So the customer service was absolutely bad. I don't recommend getting anything here.
