★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top webshop. Ik had tochtstrippen bestelt. Daarna bleek dat er een "golf" zat in de tochstrip waardoor deze niet goed afsloot. Contact opgenomen met luchtdichtshop. Gedurende 2 maanden af en toe wat heen en weer gemaild (het had geen haast), maar wel gratis nieuwe strippen gekregen. Dus goede oplossing. Ik ga hier meer bestellen als ik nog wat anders nodig heb.
Top webshop. I had ordered draft strips. Then it turned out that there was a "wave" in the strip, so it did not close properly. Contacted with airtight shop. During 2 months I occasionally mailed back and forth (it was in no hurry), but I did get new strips for free. So good solution. I will order more here if I need anything else.

Nice people, helpful and flexible on pick up! Customer really is king. Website was a bit of a hassle, if you wanted to order multiple items there was a huge delay in the shopping cart, even if you wanted to change the numbers. (Safari on Mac)
