Voor de aankoop en verkoop zijn wij geholpen door Geert Siereveld, een zeer kundig en prettige makelaar. Hij heeft goed geluisterd naar onze wensen en kwam gelijk met een helder plan van aanpak voor de zoektocht in deze moeilijke markt. Wij wonen nu in een fantastisch huis wat we voor een mooie prijs hebben kunnen aankopen, we zijn daar heel erg blij mee. De verkoop van ons huis was ook zo gedaan en wij hebben hier geen omkijken naar gehad. Nogmaals, Ludenhoff een fijn kantoor en zeker aan te raden! We are very pleased with Ludenhoff and heartily recommend this office. For the purchase and sale we have been assisted by Geert Siereveld, a very skilled and pleasant real estate agent. He listened carefully to our wishes and came up with a clear plan of approach for the search in this difficult market. We now live in a fantastic house that we have been able to purchase for a nice price, we are very happy with that. The sale of our house was also done in this way and we had no worries about this. Again, Ludenhoff a nice office and definitely recommended!

Al heel snel hadden wij daar een goed gevoel bij en besloten daarom ook ons eigen appartement ook viaLudenhoff te koop aan te bieden. Bij alle onderhandelingen voor zowel koop en verkoop dacht Ludenhoff met ons mee en namen alle zorgen bij ons uit handen. Nu alles achter de rug is en de verhuizing heeft plaatsgevonden kijken wij terug op een geslaagde deal en zou zeker weer Ludenhoff inschakelen indien dit zich weer zou aandienen. Recently there was an apartment in our street for sale that we wanted. This brought us into contact with real estate agent Ludenhoff. We soon had a good feeling about it and therefore decided to also offer our own apartment for sale via Ludenhoff. In all negotiations for both buying and selling, Ludenhoff thought along with us and took care of everything. Now that everything is over and the move has taken place, we look back on a successful deal and would certainly call in Ludenhoff again if this presented itself again.

Korte lijntjes en snel schakelen; altijd als eerste bij de kijkdagen en goede connecties met Taxateurs, Notarissen en de collega-Verkoopmakelaars. Er wordt op elk moment met je meegedacht. Van hypotheekadvies tot indicaties van verbouwingskosten en, vooral belangrijk, kwalitatief geweldige inzichten bij het maken van een bod. Écht kans maken op een woning en alsnog een zakcentje besparen door volledig tactisch en rationeel te bieden en ook alleen op een woning die je écht ziet zitten. Want: "Heeft dit voor jou de 'wow-factor'? Nee? Top, dan slaan we deze over." De VVE stukken worden doorgrond, recente huizenprijzen van de buren, noem het maar op; alles komt boven water, vooral datgene waar je zelf totaal geen oog voor hebt gehad. Het bezichtigen en wel/niet bieden werd zodoende een heus avontuur, waar uiteraard de nodige spanning bij kwam kijken. Het bleef altijd leuk! Met de nuchtere sparringpartners van Ludenhoff, weet je precies waar je staat en wat de juiste strategie is. Alle lof, naar Ludenhoff ;-) My starter home, N.B. in the city center of Utrecht, would not have happened without the team at Ludenhoff! Short lines and fast switching; always first at the viewing days and good connections with Appraisers, Notaries and fellow sales brokers. We think along with you at all times. From mortgage advice to indications of renovation costs and, most importantly, great quality insights when making a bid. Really have a chance to win a home and still save a little money by bidding completely tactically and rationally and also only on a home that you really like. Because: "Does this have the 'wow factor' for you? No? Great, we'll skip this one." The VVE pieces are investigated, recent house prices of the neighbors, you name it; everything comes to the surface, especially that which you have had no eye for yourself. Viewing and bidding / not bidding thus became a real adventure, which of course involved the necessary tension. It was always fun! With Ludenhoff's down-to-earth sparring partners, you know exactly where you stand and what the right strategy is. All praise, to Ludenhoff ;-)

Er werd steeds snel geantwoord, geen vraag was te veel en iedere vraag werd ook inhoudelijk goed beantwoord. De makelaar kent met veel ervaring de markt in Utrecht en weet op welke haken en ogen hij moet letten tijdens een aankoop. Afsluitend heeft deze makelaar ook nog eens oog voor wat bij de koper past. Hij voelde dat goed aan. I bought my first house together with this real estate agent. I was very well guided in this process. Answers were always quick, no question was too much and every question was answered well in terms of content. The broker knows the market in Utrecht with a lot of experience and knows which snags to watch out for during a purchase. Finally, this broker also has an eye for what suits the buyer. He sensed that well.
