★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent Lugarde an email enquiry on Feb. 25th asking if the door / window hinges (6 off) on my 2008 Lugarde Summerhouse were still available, and if so at what price. After 11 years service the original hinges had quite badly rusted and were presenting a problem during refurbishment of the building.
Two days later I received an email back (from Josephine) advising that the hinges were indeed still available and that 6 of the hinges were being despatched FOC via DPD. On the 2nd of March (in total only 5 days later) the new hinges duly arrived with me in England.
Customer Service simply does not get better than that. Congratulations and thanks to both Lugarde and Josephine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed from start to finish with Lugarde. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. The instructions for building the cabin were very professional and very easy to follow. The actual log cabin is absolutely stunning and beautifully finished. One very happy customer and would definitely recommend Lugarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the proud owner of a Lugarde garden house, purchased back in 2009.
Since that time I've used my Lugarde house at various times as an office, a study, a gym a summer house and a workshop. It is a fabulous and versatile space.
Sadly, someone recently attempted to break into my Lugarde house and in the process they damaged the door hinges beyond repair.
In hope, I contacted Lugarde to see if they still made the hinges and to enquire whether I could purchase some replacements.
Lugarde were fantastic! They confirmed that the hinges were still available.
They contacted the factory that manufactures the hinges and arranged for replacement hinges to be sent direct to me free of charge. The hinges arrived days later and my door is now fixed.
I cannot speak highly enough of Lugarde, their brilliant products and amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my Lugarde cabin for nearly 10 years now and it is absolutely brilliant!. I bought it mainly as a “man shed” for myself and it is the envy of all my mates. TV, beer fridge, sound system and all the stuff my wife doesn’t want in the house! A cosy retreat. It is warm in winter and only needs a simple electric fire make it nice and “toasty”, and it’s cool in summer due to investing in insulating the roof and floor. I’d definitely recommend going for the thicker logs too. I love the idea that you can adapt the designs to have the windows etc. that you want, and where you want them. Recently the guys at Lugarde were able to supply me with new slip on caps that cover the hinges which, in all the time I have had the cabin, is the only thing that really needed doing - apart from the usual maintenance and repaint! All in all I cannot recommend Lugarde Cabins highly enough. One of the best investments I ever made. Oh... and when invited my wife does enjoy the cabin too ?

She immediately checked that the part needed was in stock & arranged delivery to me in the UK.
It arrived a few days later, job done.
I can recommend this company for its quality products & excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Lugarde summer house over 25 years ago for entertaining friends after a BBQ’s. 10 years ago, I put power and heating into the summerhouse and it has been my home office ever since. It remains structurally unchanged and unaffected by the British climate and has only required painting once every 5 years.
This is the best value purchase I have made, and I would highly recommend Lugarde products for quality and durability.

We had a few queries after construction but Lugarde's Customer Service was brilliant. Speedy and wonderfully clear replies, and very helpful advice! Replies to our emails took only minutes instead of the days of waiting that you have to endure with other so-called customer service departments. First class experience so far and very pleased that we chose Lugarde for our summerhouse.
