skrzyniΔ i ma uszkodzona podΕuΕΌnice. Na miejscu twierdzil ze wszystko jest dobrze.

β β β β β Mijn auto was helaas vanaf een parkeerterrein in een sloot gerold en dus ter water geraakt. Het was een zeer nette goed onderhouden auto welke door waterschade helaas totalloss is verklaard. Met verschillende bedrijven contact gehad, maar ervoor gekozen om de auto te laten opkopen door Lunenburg. Communicatie met Randy en Floor per mail en telefoon was netjes en professioneel. Ter plaatse direct geld per overschrijving en het vrijwaringsbewijs per mail ontvangen. Ondanks dat we erg balen om het verlies van onze auto, zijn we blij met de afhandeling door Lunenberg. Aanbevolen.
Unfortunately, my car had rolled into a ditch from a parking lot and so hit the water. It was a very neat, well-maintained car which unfortunately has been declared total loss due to water damage. Had contact with several companies, but chose to have the car bought by Lunenburg. Communication with Randy and Floor by mail and telephone was neat and professional. Receive money immediately on site by bank transfer and the indemnification certificate by e-mail. Despite the fact that we are very disappointed with the loss of our car, we are happy with the handling by Lunenberg. Recommended.

β β β β β Lunenburg autoβs B.V. is een betrouwbaar familiebedrijf. Ik heb in april 2020 bij Lunenburg een Kia Picanto gekocht en meteen was te merken dat de service top is. Dit was mijn eerste auto en dit is altijd spannend. Alle spanningen werden door Randy weggenomen en het voelde meteen betrouwbaar. Ik vond de velgen niet zo mooi, vanwege een beschadiging. Geen probleem, we hebben nog andere en deze zetten we er zo op voor je! Ik kon de auto ook niet tijdens openingstijden ophalen en ook dit was geen probleem, want dan kwamen ze gewoon in de avond even! Dit weekend ging er iets aan de auto kapot, de volgende dag stonden ze van Lunenburg op de stoep en dezelfde dag was het gemaakt en kon ik mijn auto weer ophalen! Ze hadden alles nagekeken en verder was de auto top in orde. Echt uitmuntende service en ik zou iedereen aanraden om je (schade) auto hier aan te schaffen. Ze denken met je mee en maken het jou als klant zo makkelijk mogelijk!
Lunenburg cars B.V. is a reliable family business. I bought a Kia Picanto at Lunenburg in April 2020 and I immediately noticed that the service is top notch. This was my first car and it is always exciting. All tensions were taken away by Randy and it immediately felt reliable. I did not like the rims very much, because of damage. No problem, we have others and we will set them up for you! I could not pick up the car during opening hours and this was no problem, because then they just came in the evening! This weekend something broke on the car, the next day they were on the sidewalk from Lunenburg and the same day it was fixed and I could pick up my car again! They had checked everything and the car was in top order. Really excellent service and I would recommend everyone to purchase your (damaged) car here. They think along with you and make it as easy as possible for you as a customer!
