Ik heb begin oktober heb ik kleding besteld en meteen retour gestuurd want de maat was niet goed, maar ik kreeg mijn geld niet terug. Na vele mailtje (nooit geen reactie op gehad) ben ik gaan bellen Ik zou terug gebeld worden maar gebeurde ook niet het zou uitgezocht worden nog niks toen ik op het punt stond een melding ervan te maken kreeg ik na 2 maand een mailtje dat het geld idd niet terug gestort was en dat het bij deze gebeurt was...dat was het dan. Ik moet zeggen dat ik nooit meer verwacht had dat ik het terug zou krijgen maar echt wat een slechte service!!!! Pas op!!!! Beware!! order not through this shop !! I ordered clothes at the beginning of October and immediately returned because the size was not right, but I did not get my money back. After many emails (never had no response) I started calling I would be called back but did not happen it would be sorted out yet nothing when I was about to make a report of it I received after 2 months an email that the money idd had not been refunded and that it had happened to this one ... that was it. I have to say I never expected that I would get it back but really what a bad service !!!! Beware!!!!

Ik dacht oei. als dat maar te repareren is, bril weer helemaal recht gezet en helemaal voor nop en een kop koffie toe. Arnold en Herma bedankt voor jullie service Great service, cases and glasses completely crooked and horrified. I thought oops. if that can be repaired, glasses completely straightened again and completely for fun and a cup of coffee. Thank you Arnold and Herma for your service
