De idyllisch gelegen nieuwe, luxe vakantiewoning ligt aan het einde van een (privé) landweg en heeft een adembenemend uitzicht. Hier kunt u in alle rust genieten van de natuur.
De vrijstaande woning ligt op het zuidelijkste puntje van Nederland, precies op de grens met België.
U verblijft in het buitengebied van het schilderachtige dorpje Epen, en u bent maar een paar stappen verwijderd van het bourgondische, Belgische (Franstalige) dorpje Sippenaeken.
Voor wandelaars, fietsers en natuurliefhebbers is het hier een waar paradijs.
Ook aan luxe komt u niets tekort !
Onder de romantische sterrenhemel in de relaxruimte komt u helemaal tot rust na het gebruik van de infraroodsauna en/of het bubbelbad.

We komen zeker nog eens terug. Super-luxury holiday home with all the trimmings ... a real picture! Add; the warm welcome by the hostess, the beautiful surroundings, the peace and space, and you have a nice starting point for a very relaxed holiday! In short: the stay was TOP! We will definitely come back again.

Sowieso een gezellige tijd maar Wiel en Anja hadden de kerstsfeer ook in het huis gecreëerd. Het huis, werkelijk van alle luxe voorzien, is door Wiel zelf gebouwd en Anja heeft met hart, ziel, meubels en decoratie van een villa een gezellig en knus vakantiehuis weten te maken waarnaar je, tijdens de tijd die je buiten bent om van de prachtige omgeving te genieten, alweer verlangt om "thuis" te komen. Perfect ingericht, brandschoon en letterlijk alles was aanwezig. Nog niet eerder zo'n compleet huisje gehad dat tot in de puntjes verzorgd was. Heerlijke sauna, heerlijke bad en regendouche, een openhaard, prachtig uitzicht en een sterrenhemel. Net een paar uur thuis en we missen het nu al. During the carnival a week booked here. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig. Ook de behulpzaamheid en gastvrijheid van de eigenaren is groot. Als er iets is staan ze gelijk voor je klaar. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Stayed at Formidable last week. The name says it all. The house looks top notch and met all expectations. Everything you need is available in the house. The owners' helpfulness and hospitality is also great. If there is anything they are immediately ready for you. We had a wonderful week.
