β β β β β Dacht voor dat geld een degelijke kaptafel te kopen maar de kwaliteit is minimaal,ook zat er overal rode stift op de panelen,vraag mezelf af of het wel een nieuw product is geweest daar ook de doos slordig dicht was geplakt.
Mijn review klopt als een bus,ik heb deze kaptafel bij jullie gekocht (zie foto) en men noemt iets een paneel als het onderdeel is van een bouwpakket.
 Thought to buy a decent dressing table for that money but the quality is minimal, there was also red marker everywhere on the panels, ask myself if it was a new product since the box was also closed sloppily.
My review is perfect, I bought this dressing table from you (see photo) and something is called a panel when it is part of a kit.

β β β β β Het is echt mooi en praktisch, en gemakkelijk schoon te maken, de verlichting is meer dan goed, ik ben blij dat ik voor deze kaptafel heb gekozen.

β β β β β Zojuist mijn pakketje van Luxury Palace geopend. Tja, ik wist niet dat het normaal is om beschadigde producten te leveren aan een klant. Krassen op de spiegel, scheuren in het hout. Verkeerd geleverde stoelpoot. Echt slecht!!
Just opened my package from Luxury Palace. Well, I didn't know that it is normal to deliver damaged products to a customer. Scratches on the mirror, cracks in the wood. Wrongly delivered chair leg. Really bad!!

β β β β β Voor de verjaardag van onze dochter de Hollywood kaptafel met licht "Backstage Vanity" besteld in de kleur zilver. De kaptafel is keurig op tijd geleverd, netjes en goed beschermd ingepakt. De montagehandleiding was heel duidelijk en de kaptafel zat dan ook binnen een uurtje in elkaar. Er zaten 2 lampen bij met een tintverschil. Na de klantenservice te hebben gemaild werden er 14 nieuwe lampen toegestuurd inclusief en presentje voor onze dochter. Veel bedrijven zouden een voorbeeld kunnen nemen aan de klant- en oplossingsgerichtheid van Luxury Palace en ik zou dit bedrijf dan ook zeker aanbevelen!
Ordered the Hollywood dressing table with light "Backstage Vanity" in silver for our daughter's birthday. The dressing table was delivered on time, neatly and well protected. The assembly instructions were very clear and the dressing table was assembled within an hour. There were 2 lamps with a shade difference. After emailing customer service, 14 new lamps were sent including a present for our daughter. Many companies could take an example from Luxury Palace's customer and solution orientation and I would certainly recommend this company!
