Jammer van een dealer die zich uitgeeft als serieuze en betrouwbare horlogeverkoper. AVwatches also sells non-original junk watches without giving disclosure of what it is and what is wrong with it. Shame about a dealer who poses as a serious and reliable watch seller.

Horloge was zorgvuldig verpakt in een net doosje omwikkeld met bubbeltjesplastic. Er zaten helaas wel flinke barsten in het glas (zeer waarschijnlijk gebeurd tijdens transport). Ik kreeg snel een reactie op mijn klacht per e-mail met een passende oplossing. + Goede website + Snelle bezorging + Snelle en professionele klachtenservice - Verpakking misschien toch té strak (dat gaan ze aanpassen) Website is just right, does what it's supposed to do. Watch was delivered quickly after ordering, in two days. Watch was carefully packed in a neat box wrapped with bubble wrap. Unfortunately, there were significant cracks in the glass (very likely happened during transport). I quickly received a response to my complaint by email with a suitable solution. + Good website + Fast delivery + Fast and professional complaints service - Packaging maybe too tight (they will adjust that)

Dit zijn dingen die heel veel onlinewinkels in het begin niet goed voor elkaar krijgen waardoor de beleving minder is en klanten niet meer terug komen. Al met al een top winkel met hele leuke vintage horloges. Komen mooi verpakt in AVW horloge doosjes met kussentjes. Mijn volgende vintage horloge ga ik zeker weer aanschaffen bij AVW! Website runs well layout is good. Payment part is clear and you will then receive your trace by email.
