★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door Laura vind ik sporten leuk geworden! In de tijd dat ik samen met Laura trainde heb ik zo veel geleerd qua oefeningen maar ook mbt voeding. Alle tips die ik van haar heb gekregen kan ik zelf dagelijks gebruiken.
Laura is een goede personal trainer omdat ze mij altijd goed hielp met alle oefeningen en loosde mij moeiteloos door een training heen.
Laura is doel gericht, ze heeft veel kennis en is persoonlijk.
Laura makes sports fun! In the time that I trained with Laura, I learned so much about exercises but also about nutrition. I can use all the tips I received from her on a daily basis.
Laura is a good personal trainer because she always helped me with all the exercises and took me through a workout effortlessly.
