Het zou allemaal moeten werken, maar dat doet het niet, dus dan ligt het aan de klant, rare aanname.
Patience is hard to find, communication is a challenge and there is no solution.
It should all work, but it doesn't, so it's the customer, weird assumption.

β β β β β Effectief communiceren is ver te zoeken bij deze gasten. Mensen die half slaperig aan de tel zitten en niet oplossinggericht handelen met de vragen die een klant heeft. Zit al bijna een week achter hun aan te rennen over een bundel van β¬51 die ik had opgewardeerd en nooit was gecrediteerd. Bewijzen gestuurd. Ze reageren gewoon niet op emails. Als je ze confreteerd via tel word de tel opgehangen. Vandaag is het 4 keer opgehangen terwijl ik in de wacht stond en de medewerker iets ging opzoeken!
Effective communication is hard to find with these guys. People who are half sleepy on the phone and who do not act in a solution-oriented way with the questions that a customer has. Been chasing them for almost a week over a β¬51 bundle that I had topped up and never credited. Evidence sent. They just don't respond to emails. If you confer them via tel, the tel will be hung up. Today it hung up 4 times while I was on hold and the employee went to look something up!

The guy did his best to solve our problem, talked to Lyca support, gave us a symcard, instructed us very carefully about what to do next, and of course energyzed us with positive vibes. Thank you very much, great job, totally recommend! The sym works like a charm now.

β β β β β Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE! Every time I call customer service they tell me there is no one who speaks English and that I should call back in 30 minutes. When I call back, they tell me the same thing!!! I am SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED in this company!!! I can't access my account to cancel my subscription and I can't speak to anyone there who can help me. This is just terrible. What a disappointment.
