Miejsce małe ale dojazd,załadunek ,papiery szybko i sprawnie.
Mało miejsca żeby po załadunku zabezpieczyć ale jakoś ujdzie.
Nocleg-wykluczony,no chyba że osobówki z firm wokoło odjadą.

A small, tiny industrial area almost in the middle of the town.
The place is small, but access, loading, papers quickly and efficiently.
There is little space to secure it after loading, but it will somehow survive.
