★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteravond voor het eerst kennis gemaakt met Yoga. Wat een super fijne plek en sfeer. Ik voelde me vanaf de eerste seconde volledig welkom en ik heb me geen moment de 'nieuwkomer' gevoelt. Door de prettige groepsdynamiek en heldere uitleg kon ik alle oefeningen mee doen en tot mijn verrassing is yoga klassiek bedoelt voor mannen en voelde mijn lijf zich heerlijk uitgedaagd.
Ik zou alle sportieve mannen uit de regio willen uitnodigen vooral eens op een maandagavond bij Yogamar langs te gaan, en wie weet zie ik je daar.
Last night I was introduced to Yoga for the first time. What a super nice place and atmosphere. I felt completely welcome from the first second and never felt like the 'newcomer'. Because of the pleasant group dynamics and clear explanations I could participate in all the exercises and to my surprise yoga is classically meant for men and my body felt wonderfully challenged.
I would like to invite all sporty men from the region to visit Yogamar on a Monday evening, and who knows, I might see you there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fijne yoga lessen in een prachtige ruime shala die helemaal zen is. Goede sfeer, kleinschalige groepen. MJ is een betrokken yoga instructrice die echt individuele aandacht geeft.
Super nice yoga classes in a beautiful spacious shala that is completely zen. Good atmosphere, small groups. MJ is a committed yoga instructor who gives real individual attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele fijne yogalessen. Marie-José is erg betrokken en houdt rekening met iedereen. Je wordt uitgedaagd tijdens de yoga lessen, maar er zijn altijd alternatieve mogelijk. De shala is een hele fijne, rustige plek. Ik raad deze yogalessen zeker aan!
Very nice yoga classes. Marie-José is very involved and takes everyone into account. You will be challenged during the yoga classes, but there are always alternatives. The shala is a very nice, quiet place. I definitely recommend these yoga classes!
