★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde am liebsten noch mehr Sterne geben. Ich brauche mit Anfang 40 schon eine Hörhilfe auf einer Seite und hatte schonmal einen Versuch gestartet. Hier bin ich endlich zu einem Ergebnis gekommen.
Kompetent und freundlich damit geht es los. Alles gut erklärt und auf sämtliche Fragen und Befürchtungen eingegangen. Das ist wohl die Pflicht bei einem Akustiker.
Die Kür hat mich dann aber mehr als überzeugt: der Service, die Kundenbetreuung und die Kulanz suchen ihresgleichen. Ich habe wirklich lange gebraucht und wirklich viele(!) Geräte getestet. Dazu kam noch ein Reha-Aufenthalt von mehreren Wochen, der problemlos mit Gerät ermöglicht wurde.
Also eine ganz klare Empfehlung gerade auch an jüngere Menschen mit Befürchtungen und Vorbehalten!
I wish I could give more stars. In my early 40s I already need a hearing aid on one side and had already tried it. I finally got a result here.
It starts competently and friendly. Everything was explained well and all questions and concerns were addressed. This is probably the duty of an acoustician.
But the freestyle more than convinced me: the service, customer care and goodwill are second to none. It took me a really long time and I tested a lot(!) of devices. In addition, there was a rehabilitation stay of several weeks, which was made possible with equipment without any problems.
So a very clear recommendation, especially to younger people with fears and reservations!

I can only report good things. You get an appointment very quickly. The customer service is very friendly. Everything is explained very well. I needed a hearing aid. Was able to test several systems to help me decide which is right for me. I can recommend M&K hearing systems to everyone with a clear conscience and I will do the same in my environment.
