Miguel is very professional and friendly and on top of that he has great body awareness that definitely helps when you are a person that needs a bit more personal treatment. On top of that he is an aerial trainer so if you train as well he can easily specify what and where should get a bit more attention. Definitely recommended and will return !!! <3
