Hele prettige communicatie en wat wij zelf ook heel belangrijk vinden: we hebben een goed gevoel bij de service van Max. Hierbij was het gaaf hoe Max mij continue op de hoogte hield van alle stappen in het proces. Max dacht continue mee en gaf zeer goed advies, waarbij hij duidelijk was in zijn mening zonder dit aan je op te dirngen. Dit heb ik dan ook als zeer prettig ervaren! Daarnaast is de aanvullende service zeer goed en is het heel erg leuk om te zien hoe blij Max kan worden indien hij zijn eigen creaties weer terug ziet. Zo wilde hij de trouwring van mijn schoonvader niet omsmelten (zonde, prachtig oud goud) en heeft er een paar prachtige oorbellen van gemaakt. Nooit een probleem met stukje extra service. The communication is done really well, and we got multiple pictures of the rings, we also visit it well he was still making the rings to make sure they are fitting. When the rings where finished we got them in a beautiful wooden box, with certificate. He also insist that my future wife came by some time before the wedding to make sure al the jewelry looks as good as possible, free of charge! Which is amazing. So if you are looking for some jewelry this is the place to go!
