The team of professionals changes frequently: today I am seen by a doctor, at the next appointment I am seen by a different one! I stayed with the feeling that M2 tandarts is a School for Trainee Apprentices, where Clients are for "Guinea Pigs"! Doctors follow rules that are overly controlled and defined by the administration, and so they have no the capacity to improvise and adapt to the type of client! There is a lack of connection and a lack of capacity to give personalized advice to the client! Clinica's interests always come first! The client's interests last! A clinic where professionals hide their arrogance with fake smiles!
A	Alice Barton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just tried to book an appointment to get a mouth guard (because my teeth are moving) and to potentially discuss getting invisalign treatment (which is a long term service). I did my research on beforehand and their website clearly states they offer both services. Before i could finish explaining what i wanted, the receptionist interrupted me and refused to give me an appointment telling me i need to commit to get all dental care services there. I asked which services? And a complicated tense explanation started about mouth hygiene followed by her being rude telling me to ‘go think what i want first’. Hello? I want an appointment to visit your clinic, discuss the mouth guard, discuss invisalign and then make a decision? We are talking about a few thousand euros here, i want to know the clinic before I commit. She told me ‘that is not how we work’ and told me AGAIN that to think well what i want. I am baffled they manage to get customers with that attitude. How rude. Cheers,
