It was a useful coaching trajectory in which I could continuously determine which way I wanted to go. If an assignment didn't work for me; she came up with something else. With her help I have achieved my goals and I know how to continue with them myself.

Het heeft me geholpen de brij aan inzichten en zelfkennis die had om te zetten naar logische structuren gericht op vaardigheden, waarden en behoeften in loopbaan. De opzet van de sessies hielp daarbij heel erg; we gingen van vrij abstract terugblikken op gemaakte keuzes in het verleden naar hele concrete analyses van baanmogelijkheden. Maaike weet heel snel verbanden te leggen en voelt goed aan wat belangrijk of pijnlijk is en waar we verder op in moesten zoomen. Ook houdt ze je waar nodig een spiegel voor. Een onwijs leerzaam proces, dank Maaike! In a few sessions with Maaike I was able to make great strides. It has helped me to convert the mush of insights and self-knowledge that I had into logical structures focused on skills, values and needs in career. The set-up of the sessions helped a lot; we went from a fairly abstract look back at choices made in the past to very concrete analyzes of job opportunities. Maaike knows how to make connections very quickly and has a good sense of what is important or painful and what we had to zoom in on. She also holds up a mirror to you where necessary.
