Good! Perfect local hardware store where you would rather go than the big competitors. The disadvantage is that those big competitors have more.

A small hardware store with the greatest service and a lot of knowledge. Sawing by e-mail, borrowing trailer, advice and help. Calling in case of uncertainty or when a job could be cheaper!
