★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mac Genius Haarlem did a splendid job in repairing the video card of my MacBook Pro Core i5 2.53 17-inch (mid-2010). After a failed initial attempt to resolder the cpu, Mac Genius offered (at no extra cost) to replace the existing motherboard including the defunct cpu by a second-hand board which they had salvaged from an identical 17-inch macbook pro (which are hard to find nowadays). Also the latter repair came with 3-month warrantee. My macbook works flawlessly again (happy customer). Mac Genius lived up fully to my expectations. I can certainly recommend Mac Genius Haarlem: professional and trustworhthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and great service beyond my expectations. My Macbook Air had water damage. Not only was the processor fixed, also the keyboard was recplaced without charging extra costs. And all fixed within 24h!!
I absolutely recommend Mac Genius Haarlem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spilled some water on my Macbook on Friday afternoon, and was extremely happy to find Mac Genius. As after thorough search and even personal consultation with other service companies I was told that I have to leave my laptop for at least 10 days, and there was no guarantee that it will work.
You can imagine, how happy I was to bring it over and have it back like new in 2 hours on Saturday noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing. Last month I took my Macbook Pro with a crack in the display to PC Service in Nieuw Vennep. They screwed up so bad that they damaged the connection of the display to the motherboard. 10 days later, my computer still wasn't fixed and I was so late on my work I was pulling my hair out. I got my computer back from them and brought it to Mac Genius, who fixed the connection and installed a new display that works perfectly in 40 MINUTES!! And for 200€ less than PC Service had quoted me. I love them, they are my saviors <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a world completely reliant on technology, I will never quite understand why repair shops always have to be tucked away in nondescript and unappealing places and parts of the city. (I guess capitalism is all about purchase instead of repair.) That said: this little spot is great! Professional, swift, friendly, reasonably priced, altogether amiable. Recommend!
