★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service! I would not recommend dealing with them AT ALL. First they communicated that the shipment would leave end of February, I kept chasing them for picking up the goods and they stated that it will leave in March (without any prior notice). Later they gave me a time to pick up the goods, I waited 5 hours and only when I asked they confirmed that they cannot pick it up that day either. In the end, I decided to drop off the things myself after driving an hour to them. I reached their venue and called them for 30 minutes straight, they did not respond and after waiting for a long time I finally decided to leave. Later when I spoke to the lady she mentioned that 'she was busy and had work'. In the end did not send my valuable things through them after experiencing such horrible service.
Ridiculous behaviour, do not hold their side of the commitment and have no respect for another persons time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was quite impressive actually. I wanted to send quite a lot clothing back home for a wedding. You can imagine the nightmare but their service took a lot of the stress away. I would absolutely recomend their service.
