Vandaag kwamen Jim en Jan onze nieuwe (verbouwde) huis schoonmaken. Man, man wat een stof, wat een puinhoop en bende. Maar Jim en Jan gingen erdoorheen alsof het de normaalste zaak van de wereld was, wat een toppers. Alles keurig schoon, ze waren vriendelijk en op tijd, binnen de begrote tijd klaar. Hebben die jongens nog een leuk fooitje aan overgehouden ook.

What a great company!
Today Jim and Jan came to clean our new (renovated) house. Man, man what a dust, what a mess and mess. But Jim and Jan went through it as if it were the most normal thing in the world, what toppers. Everything neatly clean, they were friendly and on time, ready within the budgeted time. Did those guys have a nice tip too?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lijkt niet meer te bestaan. En ja, 1 ster als er geen reactie komt op een via de website verstuurd bericht, telefoon niet word opgenomen, en daags erna de hele website offline is. Lijkt mij best logisch.
Doesn't seem to exist anymore. And yes, 1 star if there is no response to a message sent via the website, the telephone is not answered, and the entire website is offline the next day. Seems quite logical to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet aanbevolen voor eigen huis: I've been choosing between MBCleaningService and another, wich was twice as cheap. In the end, I've chosen MBCleaningService because they promptly and politely contacted me and because I hoped that for that amount of money my questions would be resolved promptly and qualitatively. As a result, I paid for 3.5 hours of cleaning work in my house the sum which was initially stated as the cost of 5 hours cleaning and did not receive any feedback for a request to provide clarifications. Eventually overpaid 2.5 times for an unfriendly service.
