★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service ever next to the quality of the product. Bought a dress for 150€ what have been worn 2 times in 2 months and got stiches on it for no reason. They couldnt take it back didnt gave a refund and didnt want to help.
I used to work at big retail companies (Denham, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Levi's and more) they always took their product back when it was a quality problem. I'm self employee and you always help your costumer to the max.
