I really appreciated the structure they provided in terms of production planning (it made it easier for everyone within my team to be on the same page in terms of the next steps of the process). Also, the reliability they offered regarding our agreed deadlines was a big plus. We had to prolong the initially planned timeframe in order to get everything right, but this was understandable because of the complexity of the topic they had to address and they were flexible enough to adjust both to obstacles they encountered and in terms of our internal company processes and procedures.
