BERTHO MANSCHOT van van t Hof makelaars was daar de verkopend makelaar. Nadat wij een bod hadden uitgebracht, binnen de biedingstermijn, ontving onze aankoopmakelaar na een uurtje een mail met de felicitaties. WE HADDEN DE WONING !! Helemaal blij brachten wij iedereen op de hoogte van dit fijne nieuws. Een paar uur later kregen we van onze aankoopmakelaar het trieste nieuws. DE KOOP GING TOCH NIET DOOR !. Er was namelijk alsnog een hoger bod uitgebracht. Dit was dus na de biedingstermijn gebeurd. Het bleek om iemand te gaan die eerder al een openingsbod had gedaan en blijkbaar alsnog de kans kreeg om een hoger bod uit te brengen. Daarbij is onze stellige overtuiging dat hij/zij van de kant van de makelaar een idee heeft gekregen over de hoogte van de bieding. Naast het feit dat wij erg teleurgesteld zijn dat het huis niet doorgaat, zijn we ook ENORM BOOS over deze gang van zaken. Juridisch is dit dan wel niet aan te pakken, maar MOREEL is dit zeer VERWERPELIJK GEDRAG en wij raden iedereen dan ook af om zaken te doen met dit onfatsoenlijke en immorele bedrijf !!!! We have a very unpleasant experience with this broker. We had found a nice apartment to our liking. BERTHO MANSCHOT van van t Hof makelaars was the selling broker there. After we made an offer, within the offer period, our purchase broker received an email with the congratulations after an hour. WE HAD THE PROPERTY !! We were happy to inform everyone about this great news. A few hours later we received the sad news from our purchase broker. THE BUY DID NOT CONTINUE !. After all, a higher offer had been made. This had therefore happened after the offer period. It turned out to be someone who had previously made an opening offer and apparently still had the opportunity to make a higher offer. We are also convinced that he / she has received an idea from the broker's side about the amount of the offer. Besides the fact that we are very disappointed that the house is canceled, we are also HUGE ANGRY about this state of affairs. Legally this is not possible to tackle, but MORALLY this is VERY DISPOSABLE BEHAVIOR and we advise you not to do business with this indecent and immoral company !!!!

In m'n jubelstemming maar mee ingestemd. Larf! Husband called to say offer had been accepted. Me in a jubilant mood. De begeleiding van het in verkoop nemen tot de afronding bij de notaris was erg goed. De onderhandelingen met de koper verliep prettig en makelaar Manschot maakte ons wegwijs in de manier waarop de verkoop het beste afgerond kon worden. Omdat het ons eerste huis was dat we verkochten, was dat laatste erg prettig. Ik zou Van 't Hof als makelaar in Gouda dan ook van harte aanbevelen! Van 't Hof helped us with the sale of our starter home in the center of Gouda. The guidance from the sale until the completion at the notary was very good. Deze keer een wat andere constructie omdat we zelf (voordat we officieel de verkoop in zouden gaan) een koper vonden die momenteel voor een bepaalde periode in het buitenland verblijft. Ook gaan we voorlopig huren tot ons nieuwbouwappartement opgeleverd wordt. In aanloop naar de verkoop een goede samenwerking met Bertho ervaren en alle lof naar Christine (die tijdens zijn vakantie) voor ons het administratieve/juridische gedeelte opgepakt (ook de communicatie met/tussen koper en makelaar koper) heeft daar waar het de verkoopakte en huurakte betrof. Alles is terdege doorgenomen, daar waar nodig aangepast en opgesteld. Zelfs tot in de avonduren was overleg mogelijk. We are once again very satisfied with Van t Hof Makelaardij. This is the 2nd house where we have engaged them with the sale. This time a slightly different construction because we ourselves (before we would officially go on sale) found a buyer who is currently staying abroad for a certain period of time.
