We hadden over Micha al goede verhalen gehoord en dat voelde dus vertrouwd. En voor Micha maakt het niet uit als je buiten de stad kijkt, hij gaat gewoon met je mee!! De kalmte die Micha uitstraalt en daarmee een stuk stress bij je wegneemt vind ik onbetaalbaar! En toen ik met mijn zoveelste vraag bij hem kwam met tegelijk de tekst: "ik ben een beetje een moeilijke klant" zei hij: "je bent niet moeilijk, je zoekt gewoon een huis voor jou en je gezin". Dat voelde zo fijn en ik denk dat Micha zich, naast alle kennis en professionaliteit die hij in huis heeft, zich met deze 'service' absoluut onderscheidt van menig ander makelaar. Uiteindelijk hebben we viavia Micha gevonden, en we hebben in volle tevredenheid met hem ons huis kunnen verkopen. Micha is alles wat je zoekt in een makelaar: hij communiceert/schakelt snel, is kundig en hanteert een duidelijk (all inclusive) prijsbeleid (met ook een gave 3D tour). Zeker een aanrader! We spent quite a long time looking for a good real estate agent in Amsterdam for our house in Oud-Zuid, and we visited several 'traditional' real estate agents (in a suit, arrogant, with an insanely high commission and then you also have to pay the photos yourself) . Eventually we found Micha through viavia, and we were able to sell our house with complete satisfaction.
